Plant Manager We are seeking a commercially astute and technically strong Plant Manager with proven experience in power generation or a comparable heavy industrial environment, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and driving plant reliability, efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities of Plant Manager * Provide overall leadership and accountability for site operations, maintenance, health and safety, environmental compliance and quality performance. * Ensure contractual performance indicators, availability targets and production outputs are consistently achieved or exceeded. * Foster a strong safety culture aligned with statutory legislation and best practice management systems, including ISO accredited frameworks. * Manage site budgets, financial forecasting and cost control, ensuring expenditure aligns with business objectives. * Lead, develop and support the site team, including recruitment, performance management, training and succession planning.
