Responsibilities
We are now looking for a motivated Paralegal/ Legal Secretary/ Legal Executive Support to join our small in-house legal department, working closely with our Group Legal Counsel and EA to the family Office, from our Hotel Group\s Head Office site just outside Colchester, Essex.
In this exciting Paralegal/ Legal Secretary opportunity you will;
* Communicate legal and financial information across the Group
* Support the legal team with submissions, corporate queries, associated legal documentations
* Be a key part of managing intellectual property and international trademarks
* Provide day-to-day support to senior stakeholders
* Get involved in a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
* Organised and proactive; a problem-solver with initiative
* Discretion and Confidentiality
* Experienced legal background in supportive roles is required; Trademark, Property and Litigation awareness and experience is advantageous
* Maturity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
* CILEX qualification or equivalent is advantageous
Due to supporting multiple Company Operations this is an office based role, working office hours, usually between 830-5pm, Monday- Friday.
