The Role
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our Butchery team at our pork production facility. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality and hygiene are essential.
We offer a range of full-time day shift patterns, Monday to Friday, example.
Improved Rates (varied by skill level)
Current rates: £ £13.39 per hour
From April 2026: £ £13.79 per hour
Your Key Responsibilities
As part of our production team, your responsibilities may include:
Cutting, trimming, and preparing pork products
Packing and stacking finished goods
Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards
Supporting the smooth and efficient running of our production lines
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a production environment is desirable (but full training is provided)
Strong awareness of health & safety standards
A team player with good communication skills
High levels of personal hygiene and cleanliness
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
