General Responsibilities
* To work as part of a multi-disciplined team
* To carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, reactive maintenance tasks (RM) and small project works (PW) in accordance with the Company's contractual agreements and the Clients service level standards.
* You will be supervising on-site operations including workflow management of PPM & reactive tasks
* Coordinating Rotas (Shift to Shift) & (Emergency Call)
* HV/LV AP for site
* Arranging Permit to Works
* Role split between Supervisory Role & "Hands-On" Works (Approximately 50/50 split)
Health & Safety & Compliance Responsibilities
* Provide a safe working environment for Centre Staff, Colleagues, Tenants, Public and Specialist Sub-Contractors
* Ensure that all H&S, Statutory Regulations and RAMS are adhered to at all times
* Ensure that the H&S Training provided by the Company is up to date at all times (this includes online or site-based training)
* Reporting of all unsafe practices to your Line Manager or in their absence, the Company H&S Compliance Manager
Operational Responsibilities
* Chairing Monday AM Meeting with site team (when late shift begins). Purpose of meeting is to discuss any health and safety issues on site, catch up from tasks that have occurred over the course of the weekend and conduct minor toolbox talks
* Providing Emergency Rota Cover for Emergency On-Call Rota Team (to cover any engineers holidays or sickness)
* Troubleshooting and repairing all electrical issues and if required escalating to your Line Manager
* Managing & motivating the on-site team
* Daily operation/management/audit of all PPM & Reactive Tasks on site based CAFM System in conjunction with the Helpdesk team
* Monthly audits of on-site teams and specialist sub-contractors' workmanship, with particular emphasis on H&S practices, cleanliness, and quality of work.
* Assisting Contract Manager with compilation of Weekly Flash Report & Monthly Client Report
* You will be required to carry out a wide range of tasks including, general repairs, re-lamping, basic plumbing, HVAC, water hygiene tasks etc (as and when required, i.e. providing cover for holidays / absences)
* Where required, you will assist other tradespeople
* Accompany Specialist Sub-Contractors when instructed to do so
* Always maintain the cleanliness of the Centre
* Operate a PDA/Tablet/Mobile Device in conjunction with site CAFM System ensuring all tasks are completed timeously
* Maintaining and auditing water hygiene logbook
Observe appropriate standards of behaviour to all Stakeholders

They are looking for a Technical Manager for a large prestigious site in Liverpool, this is a permanent full-time position working 8am - 5pm with a salary of £43,000 - £48,000
