Senior Marketing Executive - Join a FastGrowing, Entrepreneurial Marketing Team
Location: Wimbledon, London
Working Pattern: Fulltime, fully officebased
Salary: £35,-£37, + up to 20% annual bonus

Our client is an ambitious organisation looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to play a key role in delivering highimpact, multichannel marketing campaigns across their marketleading events and digital products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a handson, resultsdriven marketing role.
The Role
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of marketing projects from concept to delivery, driving audience growth, engagement, and commercial success. This is a role for a confident marketer who enjoys managing multiple channels, producing creative content, and delivering campaigns that make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
You'll lead on a wide range of marketing projects, including:
1. Managing endtoend marketing initiatives and campaigns
2. Planning and delivering multichannel campaigns across digital, email, social, print, PR, and onsite activation
3. Creating and optimising content such as emails, newsletters, web articles, graphics and social assets
4. Managing websites, email systems, social media channels, webinars, and all digital campaign activity
5. Owning social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
6. Delivering email campaigns and building workflows and automation within HubSpot
7. Supporting sponsorships, partnerships and stakeholder engagement
8. Maintaining CRM data accuracy, audience segmentation and database management
9. Assisting with PR, media engagement and press materials
10. Monitoring KPIs and producing clear reporting and recommendations
What You Will Need
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
11. 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience (events or media experience is highly advantageous)
12. Confidence managing projects and taking ownership of endtoend campaigns
13. Handson experience across digital marketing, social media, email marketing and content creation
14. Strong organisational skills and excellent communication
15. A datadriven approach with the ability to analyse performance and suggest improvements
