Construction Managers : City of London : CAT A / CAT B Fit Out Projects
Construction Managers required to oversee the CAT A / CAT B fit outs of landmark office buildings in Central London. The projects will be for approximately 3:12 months and are due to start on site imminently. The successful candidate will have a background of managing CAT A / CAT B fit outs and ideally have at least 5 years construction experience. The position is open to either degree qualified candidates or managers who have progressed through the ranks on site.
Role/duties:
Reporting to either an on site or visiting Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub:contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Site Manager will also liaise with the client and associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets : CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
