Corporate Vehicle Administrator

What You'll Be Responsible For:
* Overseeing the administration of the company's vehicle fleet — including procurement, registration, licensing, insurance, and disposals.
* Managing vehicle records and ensuring accurate data entry in fleet management systems.
* Ensuring compliance with local regulations, policies, and procedures related to vehicle registration.
* Liaising with suppliers, leasing companies, insurers, and internal departments.
* Supporting driver onboarding and training documentation.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in fleet or vehicle administration, logistics, or facilities management.
* Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with fleet management software.
* A good understanding of vehicle compliance, licensing, and insurance.
