Production Manager Were a family-run specialist joinery and fire doorset manufacturer with over 50 years in the trade. Based just outside Coalisland, we supply high-volume, certified fire doorsets all manufactured in-house. Were looking for a practical, organised Production Manager to take ownership of workflow, planning and day-to-day efficiency in the workshop. Joinery experience is highly desirable. Location: 5 Annaghmore Rd, Coalisland, Dungannon Salary: £25k£35k (flexible to negotiate dependent on experience), Hours: MonThurs: 8am5pm, Fri: 8am4pm What Youll Be Doing: Plan and manage production flow to keep jobs on track Agree and manage door schedules and compliance Oversee stock levels and material planning Liaise with the client team on deliveries and timelines Help spot ways to improve efficiency across the shop floor Have some CAD experience (producing drawings but n ot essential ) What Were Looking For: Background in joinery Good problem-solver with a focus on keeping things moving Clear communicator To be considered for this position, please send us your up-to-date CV by clicking APPLY below.
