We are seeking an IT Service Line/Project Manager based in Filton, Bristol, to join our Inetum UK Technologies team.
This role focuses on improving equipment lifecycles, including renewal processes and obsolescence management, within a leading aerospace customer organization. The position is full-time and as an Inetum employee.
Responsibilities include:
1. Conduct efficiency analysis using 10 CMMi maturity criteria and SWOT interviews to perform root cause analysis (RCA).
2. Develop action plans and establish a governance framework for improved lifecycle management.
3. Define and track project deliverables.
4. Manage stakeholder mapping and communications using RASCI matrix.
5. Host and facilitate workshops, providing regular updates.
6. Prepare and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and RAID registers.
7. Ensure adherence to customer best practices in project management methodologies and tools.
8. Ensure projects comply with relevant regulatory and security standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. HND/Degree in Business Information Technology or relevant experience.
2. Experience with CMDB, data analysis, and process improvement.
3. Understanding of equipment lifecycle management.
4. Requirements analysis, refinement, and documentation using CMMi and RASCI.
5. Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Trello.
6. Strong customer-facing, organizational, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.
7. Excellent documentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Location:
Normal office hours, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 3 days per week at the office in Filton, Bristol.
