We're looking for an Online Commercial Specialist for our Amazon operation. Working within our Online team, you will be based in our head office with a hybrid working pattern. In this role, you will be responsible for the enhancement of the customer plan on Amazon - leading the way to deliver a strong trade plan, develop an effective trading platform and achieve sales and trading margin budgets. This includes working with Amazon teams to drive product, marketing & customer experience improvements, whilst ensuring that we are maximising profitable sales revenue. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders including our Finance Team, Amazon and Central Commercial Teams and various departments through our Head Office. The successful candidate will be based in our head office, situated in the Bradford area for a minimum of three days per week. There may also be times when you would need to travel further to visit our stores and partners. You will be responsible for: Leading the trade plan & product marketing workstreams Identifying new opportunities to improve the customer proposition - through promotions, marketing & website improvements Delivery of sales and trading margin budget Developing best in class Amazon trade & promotional plans to drive profitable sales Providing insight with recommendations to improve the operation Support the development of account success by reviewing processes and making necessary changes whilst recommending new technologies and approaches About you We've built an incredibly diverse business, and we're working hard to make sure we truly represent the communities we serve.
