We’re looking for experienced full-time and part-time Female Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, supporting service users across Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding Hertfordshire area.

1. Borehamwood
2. Elstree (near Theobald Street & Ripon Park)
3. Hemel Hempstead area

4. Weekdays (Mon–Fri): £14.20 per hour
5. Weekends (Sat–Sun): £16.00 per hour
6. Mileage allowance: ÂŁ0.30 per mile

⏰ Shift Patterns
We provide care 7 days a week with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
7. Day Shifts: 07:00 AM – 3:00 PM
8. Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Description
🌟 Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred support to help people live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
13. Supporting daily living activities & promoting independence
14. Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
15. Supporting with mobility, transfers & aids
16. Providing medication support as per care plans
17. Preparing meals, drinks & monitoring nutrition
18. Helping with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping, errands)
19. Offering companionship, reassurance & emotional support
20. Encouraging hobbies, interests & community activities
21. Keeping accurate records & communicating with families/professionals
