Summary of Position
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and
welcoming atmosphere to all of our own customers with the key aim of retaining
and attracting new customers.
Key Accountabilities
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times
* Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office.
* Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range
* Assist in keeping the bar, front-of house and toilets clean and tidy at
all times.
* Maintain accurate stock control including ordering, delivery checks,
line checks and wastage.
* Maintain and update personal knowledge by completing in-house training,
attending courses provided and completing H&S, Compliance and regulatory
training.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures and licencing laws.
* Assist in opening and closing the premises including taking deliveries
