JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied and demanding caseload of fast track and multi track RTA matters, together with employer liability and public liability claims. They will have full conduct of files, handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, including liability investigations, evidence gathering, drafting pleadings, instructing experts and counsel, engaging in negotiations and ensuring compliance with all relevant procedural deadlines. The role is supported by the firm’s case management system.
