We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,448 per annum, and 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
Oversee the offloading and quality checking of inbound goods, ensuring accurate documentation
* Identify, report, and escalate any discrepancies or damages
* Ensure correct marshalling of loads, safe equipment use, and strong housekeeping standards
* Support health & safety compliance, including accident reporting and fire‑safety awareness
* Assist with return‑to‑work meetings, employee relations matters, and site engagement initiatives

What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience in supervising teams within a fast-paced logistics environment
* Strong problem-solving and communications skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and presenting information
* Initiative and a drive for continuous improvement
