The Role
* Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
* Lead and develop junior chefs within the brigade.
* Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
* Assist with menu planning and development.
* Support hospitality, conference and event catering.
* Manage stock, ordering and food cost controls.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and health and safety procedures.
* Help drive a positive and professional kitchen culture.
About You
* Previous Sous Chef experience within education or contract catering.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills,
* Reliable, consistent and committed to long:term roles.
