About The Role

For you, as a Head Housekeeper, this will mean ensuring that you and the housekeeping team keep an absolutely spotless home for our residents. You’ll manage the cleaning rota, leading by example. Whether planning the week’s laundry, ordering cleaning supplies, or reading up on infection control procedures, you’ll always prioritize the wellbeing of our residents.
HC-One is looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper with proven team leadership, record keeping, and time management skills. You should have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH regulations, and infection control. Most importantly, you should have positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people. You’ll communicate with residents and colleagues with consideration and kindness.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and report concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
