Location: 20mins north of East Grinstead
About the Role
Our client, a leading energy supplier, is looking for an Asset Manager to oversee client relationships and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) project management. You’ll be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth communication and reporting while monitoring asset performance. Working closely with the O&M team, you’ll help maintain and improve system efficiency in line with contracts. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing department and support broader company goals.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and landowners.
* Monitor and analyse system performance, providing reports as needed.
* Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and issue resolution with the O&M team.
* Ensure contractual obligations are met and assist with performance reviews.
* Respond to faults and collaborate on action plans.
* Support onboarding of new sites and attend construction handover meetings.
* Manage billing calculations and liaise with relevant teams.
What You Need
* Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
* Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and solve problems (Advanced Microsoft Excel).
* Well-organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
