Senior Growth Manager - 6 month FTC
Your Team
Reporting to the Head of Marketing BI, the Senior Growth Manager will lead a high-performing team of Growth Analysts across our core brands, owning the end-to-end customer growth strategy across new customer acquisition. This is a pivotal role in shaping how we measure performance, unlock value and optimise investment to drive impact across our marketing ecosystem.
You will partner with colleagues across Marketing, Finance, Commercial & Product teams to coordinate investment planning, challenge assumptions, validate payback, and ensure the business is making the smartest possible decisions about where and how to grow. You will also collaborate with Marketing BI colleagues to design & develop a comprehensive marketing self-serve capability, ensuring we are surfacing consistent, accurate and scalable performance data & insight across all marketing activity.
This is a senior, high-impact leadership role for someone who is skilled at balancing analytical rigour, commercial strategy, stakeholder influence and team development and who is passionate about driving transformational growth for our brands.
What You'll Do
1. Leading & inspiring a team of Growth Analysts, ensuring best-in-class capability across insight generation, data visualisation and performance analysis
2. Accountable for the marketing investment and budgeting framework, coordinating spend, value and payback planning with Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams
3. Delivering deep insight into customer behaviour across the lifecycle, identifying growth drivers, value shifts and opportunities to unlock incremental performance
4. Driving reallocation of marketing spend based on customer value, efficiency and opportunity sizing
5. Producing actionable, senior-level insight that informs strategy & coordinating the reporting of marketing performance data & insights for QBR & MBR sessions
6. Collaborating with Marketing BI colleagues to design & develop a comprehensive marketing self-serve capability, reducing manual reporting across Digital Marketing channel teams
7. Sharing knowledge and best practice across the wider Flutter Group, especially in relation to analytics, reporting and tooling
8. Educating your Flutter colleagues to improve our understanding of marketing effectiveness as a business
9. Working with the Head of Marketing BI and your peers to develop proactive cross-team insights that deliver value over and above BAU
What Skills You'll Need
10. Extensive experience (5+ years) in a data-driven analytical or growth environment delivering insight, reporting and strategy
11. Strong technical experience in handling data using Excel, PowerPoint & Looker (or equivalent BI tools). Ability to manipulate data using SQL is desirable
12. Skilled at condensing analysis into actionable insights to inform business decisions within marketing and influence business performance
13. Understanding of key marketing analytics concepts including experimentation, attribution models and key data sources to support analysis (e.g. GA4, Appsflyer)
14. Hands on experience with key digital marketing channels such as Google, Meta & using data derived from their platforms
15. Solid foundational knowledge of marketing covering both offline and online channels and an understanding of CRM activities and processes
16. Ability to present confidently and effectively to senior stakeholders
17. Ability to build strong and effective relationships both within the Analytics team and across the business at all levels
18. Experience leading a team through strong communication skills and can inspire, empathise and work for your team
19. You will be self-motivated, and action orientated, able to take a lead and drive action and change where required
