About the Role As an Employment Solicitor, you'll manage a diverse and engaging caseload covering the full spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. You'll have the autonomy to develop strong client relationships, provide strategic advice, and make a tangible impact within a growing practice area. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting and advising on contracts of employment and service agreements Managing discrimination and whistleblowing claims Handling disciplinary and grievance procedures Negotiating and preparing settlement agreements Advising on TUPE transfers and restructuring Representing clients in unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal claims Preparing for and conducting Employment Tribunal advocacy Providing strategic advice on redundancy and workforce reorganisation This role offers excellent variety, working with both employer and employee clients, and the chance to develop your expertise across all areas of employment law.
