* Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
* Work collaboratively with permanent staff to maintain continuity of care
* Adapt quickly to different nursery environments and routines
* Support inclusive practice, ensuring every child feels valued and supported
* Carry out daily care routines, including meals, hygiene, and sleep routines as appropriate

Essential

* A genuine passion for working with young children
* A caring, reliable, and flexible approach
* Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities in an early years setting
* Ability to work across multiple sites within your region
* Willingness to undertake required pre‑employment checks (including DBS)

Desirable

* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or working towards)
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework
* First Aid and Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)

Why join our Bank Team?

* Flexible work to suit your lifestyle
* Opportunity to gain experience across different nurseries
* Competitive hourly pay
* Supportive, values‑led organisation
* Ongoing training and development opportunities
* The chance to be part of a team that is passionate about improving children’s and families’ lives

Our commitment to safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, enhanced DBS checks, and safer recruitment processes.
