We are partnering with a large, fast‑paced logistics operation that supports multi‑site distribution and construction‑related materials. As the warehouse continues to grow and raise performance standards, we are now looking for a Warehouse Performance Coordinator to strengthen capability across all warehouse teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing others, shaping processes, and driving consistency across a busy multi‑shift operation. You’ll work closely with warehouse leadership to ensure colleagues are well‑trained, safe, competent, and able to deliver against operational KPIs.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Deliver training across all warehouse functions, including goods‑in, picking, packing, stock, dispatch and equipment use
2. Support onboarding and induction of new starters, ensuring strong role understanding from day one
3. Conduct skills assessments, identify gaps, and deliver targeted coaching
4. Support new process rollouts, SOP updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
5. Use KPIs and performance data to highlight training needs and improve accuracy, productivity and consistency
What we’re looking for:
6. Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (current Warehouse Supervisors or Team Leadership will work best)
7. Confident team coach with strong communication skills
8. Understanding of warehouse processes, safety expectations and workflow standards
9. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
10. Passionate about continuous improvement and creating a “high‑standards” culture and comfortable with WMS use.
