The Role We are looking for a friendly, organised Dental Receptionist to join us part-time. You will be the first smile our patients see each day, creating a positive first impression and ensuring every visit runs smoothly. This is a key front-of-house position where your communication skills, attention to detail, and caring nature make a real difference to patients’ experiences. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients warmly and deliver excellent customer service Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient enquiries Manage appointment bookings and maintain an accurate diary Support patients with treatment information and follow-up processes Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with data protection standards Coordinate with clinicians and the nursing team to support the smooth running of the day Carry out general administrative duties as required Why Join Us?
