Job Opportunity: Credit Controller at Power NI
Power NI, part of Energia Group, is seeking a dedicated Credit Controller based in Belfast. This is a full-time, permanent role with a 37-hour workweek, offering a hybrid working model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).
About the Role
The successful candidate will negotiate repayment options with customers, engaging proactively via inbound and outbound calls to assist domestic customers facing difficulties in paying energy bills. The role requires understanding customer perspectives, active listening, and providing tailored solutions while managing boundaries and expectations.

* Experience handling difficult conversations in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Resilience, empathy, and adaptability in the workplace.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and managing multi-channel communications.
