Position Overview
Agincare is experiencing rapid growth, and with that comes exciting opportunities to strengthen our support teams. We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Senior Payroll Assistant to join our busy finance department and help deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll services.
Key Responsibilities
* Own end‑to‑end payroll processing.
* Work closely with the Head of Payroll and Assistant Payroll Manager on project‑based work.
* Provide third‑party reporting, including Nest, Office of National Statistics, Court Orders and HMRC.
* Deliver expert guidance on payroll processing, policies and procedures, and develop and educate the team on current policies.
* Provide payroll‑specific training to the team where required.
* Provide advice to queries as required and support the team to be responsive and accurate in their responses.
* Provide key data as required.
Qualifications
* Significant experience in end‑to‑end payroll.
* Flexible approach to changing demands of the role.
* Ability to work under pressure in a deadline‑driven environment.
* Excellent IT skills, especially Excel, and receptiveness to technology changes.
* CIPP qualified, studying or willingness to study towards it.
