PLANT OPERATOR - ROLLER DRIVER REQUIRED We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plant Operator / Roller Driver (PLT) to join our team on active construction and civil engineering projects. Location: B76 BIRMINGHAM Start Date: Immediate Hours: 10 hours per day (weekends available) Key Responsibilities: Operating ride-on roller / compaction plant safely and efficiently Compacting materials to specification on roads, foundations, and earthworks Carrying out daily plant checks and reporting defects Working alongside groundworks and site teams Following site plans and supervisor instructions Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) - Roller category Proven experience operating rollers on site Good understanding of compaction standards and site safety Safety critical medical (preferred) PPE and strong work ethic What We Offer: Ongoing work opportunities Long-term projects with established contractors MSS Infrastructure Ltd operates as a recruitment agency and is committed to equal opportunities for all.
