3 x breakfast shifts 7.30 12
and one Breakfast and Dinner shift on a Saturday

The Head Chef is looking for somebody who has a stable background and who has worked as a breakfast chef in a fresh food pub/3 or 4* hotel environment. You must have worked in a fresh food establishment
As Breakfast chef you will be expected to set a high standard in producing a quality breakfast for all guests. Only the finest local produce is used to produce all options at the breakfast table.
As breakfast chef you will need to be organized and work to high standards. All breakfasts are served plated and doing a maximum of 14 covers a day. You will also be involved in developing the breakfast concept as the head chef is always looking to improve the guests food experience. You will also work on busier shifts also and do allot of prep work for the evening services.
