Opportunity Highlights- IFA Administrator
* Varied role which will develop as you settle to encompass processing new Business, maintaining compliance, fund switches, valuations, provider liaison, diary management, organising and attending client meetings, managing ongoing client review process.
* Assist Paraplanner and Adviser in maintaining a high standard of file maintenance and administration of new business to meet exacting Compliance regulation.
* Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication. Recording client or third-party communications.
* Liaise with Product providers and other third parties to acquire required client information that may be required, including retrieving new and historic information about individual clients.
