We are looking for a Bakery Manager who has a passion to join the GAIL’s family and to be inspiring to a team by empowering them daily and being their coach through leading by example. You should be motivated by strategic planning and execution in order to deliver great results whilst maintaining our high standards. With no day being the same, you must use problem solving skills and be an accountable leader to manage the changes and challenges each day may bring.
Please note that the successful candidate will not be based at a single bakery, but will instead cover and support various bakery locations across the area such as: St Johns Wood, Paddington, Kensal Rise, depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
* Inspire and empower a team daily and act as their coach through leading by example.
* Lead by example with accountable leadership; drive problem solving and adapt to daily changes.
* Plan strategically and execute to deliver great results while maintaining high standards.
* Cover and support various bakery locations across the area as needed (e.g., St Johns Wood, Paddington, Kensal Rise).
