About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, delivering pre-set lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment. Deliver lesson content as provided by the regular teacher. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour. Support students with their learning where possible. We’re Looking For: A recent graduate (any discipline considered) with a passion for education. Strong communication and organisational skills. Confidence in managing classroom dynamics. A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
