Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
* Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care
* Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
* Active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey
* Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
* Strong clinical skills with a client-centered approach
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
