The Willow Project are looking for local parents/carers or adults with lived experience to support the delivery of group intervention sessions with children and young people within education settings. This will be focused on a variety of topics including sexual and criminal exploitation, knife crime and violence. About the role: This Casual post will be on an ad hoc basis (work frequency will vary according to need) supporting the child exploitation practitioners planned delivery of sessions. The role will need the candidate to be open and transparent about their lived experience, with an aim to offer children firsthand experience of the life event and how this impacted on the candidate throughout their lifetime. This work may also include supporting child exploitation practitioners with their 1:1 engagement with children, under the Willow Projects remit, who are at risk of harm in the community. The candidate will be offered safeguarding training, support and supervision in line with the role requirements.
