We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both clinical and administrative functions within a dental setting. This role is pivotal in ensuring the practice runs smoothly, providing exceptional patient care while managing staff and resources effectively.

The Role
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of the practice. Your leadership will ensure the highest standards of patient care and an excellent working environment for our clinical and administrative teams. Your role will help lead the practice to the next stage of its growth.
The role is for 3 days (with the potential of increasing to 4 in the future if needed)
Ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and either a Monday/Friday.
Hours: 8:15-17:30, 1 hour lunch
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice
* Manage and support the dental team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
* Ensure full compliance with CQC and all relevant regulations
* Manage patient experience and maintain high standards of customer service
* Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
* Drive business growth through effective planning and marketing initiatives
* Manage staff rotas, recruitment, onboarding, and training
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners
* Implement social media and marketing strategies to promote the practice and attract new patients.

Essential:
* Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of CQC compliance and dental industry regulations
* Financial awareness and confidence using practice management software
Desirable:
* Dental nurse registration and ability to cover if needed
* Experience with SOE
* Social media experience

Pay: £24,752.56-£41,054.33 per year
