The Reablement Team are looking to recruit a rostering clerk who will be responsible for managing the rostering process to ensure that reablement referrals are coordinated in a timely and effective way. Meeting agreed response times to provide an efficient and effective service which affords our service users with the best opportunity to achieve independence.

You will have the opportunity to;

3. Undertake holistic OT practice including manual handling assessments and putting into practice legislation that underpins our work.

You will have:

8. A diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to start this qualification within first months in post)
9. Significant experience of managing a complex, variable rostering process and system
10. Knowledge of the use and application of IT systems
11. Effective, written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with other teams and partner organisations
12. Effective personal organisation and time management skills
13. Ability to analyse and interpret information
14. Able to evidence a customer centered approach
15. To deal with a wide range of telephone enquiries from service users and their families, health care professionals and commissioning teams
16. Flexibility to include early, middle, late shifts and willing to work flexibly across Cheshire West using agile equipment when required
