Salary: up to £40,000 per annum basic + Uncapped Commission Scheme?

?Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, youll own the entire recruitment cycle:
Generating leads and new businesses wins - this is sales role .
Develop and build long-term client partnerships in the Industrial sector.
Source, screen, and interview candidates.
Hit KPIs and revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive results.
? What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, within Industrial, Driving or Perm desks.
Strong business development skills you love hunting for new clients and growing accounts.
A confident communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.
Team player who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings.
