Grade 6 – FTE £28,792 - £31,022 per annum, actual £20,067.80 - £21,621
30 hours per week, term-time only, permanent

Love social media, storytelling and organising memorable events?
We're looking for a creative, organised person to shape how our all through school communicates with families and the community. You'll manage our socials and website, create photo and video content, design displays around school, and coordinate key events including Open Evenings and Prom.
No two days are the same - one day filming in classrooms, the next running a major event!

Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Communications
* Deliver the school's marketing and social media strategy across all platforms
* Create engaging content including photography, video and reels showcasing school life and achievements
* Plan and manage a structured content calendar
* Produce newsletters and targeted email communications in line with GDPR
* Maintain and update the school website, including statutory and marketing content
* Keep the school news pages current and relevant
* Monitor engagement and digital performance metrics to inform improvements
* Support admissions campaigns and conversion of enquiries into visits and applications.
Events Coordination
* Plan, coordinate and promote school events including
* Open Days and transition events
* Parent and community events
* Performances and showcases

Essential Qualifications And Experience
* Experience in marketing, communications or event coordination
* Experience managing social media platforms professionally
* Experience planning or supporting events
* Strong written communication skills
Essential Knowledge And Skills
* Understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
* Ability to analyse basic performance data
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desirable
* Experience in an education environment
* Photography and/or video editing skills
* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
* Website CMS management experience
* Knowledge of branding and visual design
* Experience producing printed publications
