Finance Assistant
We are working with a leading employer based in Ballymena to recruit for a Finance Assistant to be part of their finance team. This is a permanent role.
Responsibilities
* Providing Administrative support to the finance team
* Processing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy
* Maintaining accurate financial records
* Monitoring incoming payments and maintaining customer records
* Credit control
* Updating organised records of all invoices, receipts, and correspondence.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Finance Assistant
* Experience of invoicing and credit control
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
* Proficient in MS Office to include Excel
* Excellent negotiation skills
