About The Role
Job Overview
You will be responsible for the care and wellbeing of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will lead, motivate, and mentor your team of Nurses and Carers, providing clinical guidance and coaching. Strong leadership will ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the care home. Promoting residents' independence, dignity, and choice is essential, and your attention to detail and professional judgment will be crucial in managing care plans and addressing any issues that arise.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Provide leadership across all home functions including care, administration, catering, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance.
* Market and promote the services offered by the home.
* Ensure operations meet the standards set by the Registered Provider within the financial parameters.
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of all individuals supported.
* Develop and review care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Manage medication in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Induct and supervise staff, conducting appraisals and supporting staff development.
* Embed multidisciplinary team working and act as a mentor to staff.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
