We are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor, to work 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule across 4 or 5 days, including 3 days onsite in Aldershot. We’re looking for a confident HR professional to drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on employee relations, and coaching and delivering HR process training to educate line managers in the development of soft skills. Working closely with the HR Business Partner and People Services Team, you’ll provide expert support to employees and managers while ensuring consistency in HR policies.
