Job Description
3. Accurately process payroll for employees in line with organisational policies and legal requirements.
4. Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all data is current and correct.
5. Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to any discrepancies.
6. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory deductions.
7. Assist with the preparation of payroll reports for management review.
8. Support the accounting and finance team with related administrative tasks.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
10. Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary updates.
