Embark on an exciting journey with our client as their new Operations Manager. In this permanent role, you will be the driving force behind the smooth and efficient running of their factory operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily workings of the factory, liaising closely with planning, procurement, and transport teams to ensure deadlines are consistently met. Key Highlights: Lead a talented team and drive continuous improvement towards ISO22716 accreditation Maintain a high standard of production and delivery, with an excellent eye for quality Ensure the operations team has the resources and support they need to pre-weigh, manufacture, fill, and deliver products to the highest standard The role is working on a day shift Monday to Friday Preferred Experience: Proven experience as a Factory Manager, Managerial, Operations Manager, or Production Manager Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with employees at all levels of the business Strong planning and organisational abilities to manage resources, workload, and staff effectively Proficient in understanding and applying existing processes to meet organisational goals Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team towards achieving key performance indicators Prior experience in a similar factory or managerial role is preferred Highly organised with a strong attention to detail Production and planning skills would be an advantage Demonstrable skills in production, planning, and stock management systems
