Job summary The post of Trust Specialty Registrar has been developed to support the delivery of high-quality paediatric care across University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. The role contributes to meeting the Trust's ambitions around junior doctor workforce capacity and improving work-life balance for doctors in training. The post holder will join a team of Specialist Paediatric Registrars and provide a wide range of general paediatric clinical services, working alongside paediatricians from multiple specialties. The role involves hands-on clinical care at registrar level, participation in ward management, and supervised outpatient work.
