Manage and organize documentation, ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as necessary. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management. Person Specification Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a local government setting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
