Job Title: Salesforce – FSC, Solution Architect, Principal

Who You Are: You are the Salesforce subject matter expert, responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business pursuits, recruiting, asset development, complex solutioning, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities:

1. Expertise and experience with FSC including configuration of the FSC Platform
2. Expert level understanding of various components of theSalesforce product suite, such as Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and App Clouds
3. Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platform
4. Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states
5. Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation
6. Manage technical scopes and client expectations
7. Demonstrate technical thought leadership
8. Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used
9. Provides oversight and governance of all sold and managed Salesforce.com projects
10. Drives business development with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements and provide detailed estimates within the offering
11. Coach and mentor junior technical resources; own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources on Salesforce projects
12. Interview potential candidates
13. Serve as a mentor/lead and people manger within the team
14. Ability to travel 20%

Qualifications:

15. 10+ years of Consulting or Industry (Banking, Fins) experience
16. Experience and expertise with FSC, including configuration of the FSC Platform
17. Minimum 3 years of Salesforce platform experience (5+ years preferred)
18. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
19. Expert understanding of multiple facets of the Salesforce.com product suite, such as Salesforce 1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Platform and the App Exchange
20. Configuration experience using the Salesforce.com point-and-click developer interface
21. Awareness of programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform including Apex and VisualForce
22. Understanding of the Salesforce.com data loader for data migration activities in Salesforce.com
23. Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle
24. Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
25. Deep functional and technical understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and other Cloud Computing Services is a must
26. Knowledge of integration architecture as well as third-party integration tools and ETL (Such as Mulesoft, Informatica, Jitterbit etc. ) with Salesforce.com
27. Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
28. Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

29. East Bay, San Francisco, Silicon Valley:
30. Principal: $145,000-$225,000
31. San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Boston, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, Washington DC, Westchester:
32. Principal: $133,000–$206,000
33. All other locations:
34. Principal: $122,000-$189,000

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
