Join Our Team as a Style Advisor
A first-class shopping experience starts with our in-store Style Advisors. Natural promoters of customer service excellence, they go out of their way to provide an outstanding in-store experience to ensure that our customers return time and time again. Hardworking and dedicated, our Style Advisors treat our customers as their primary focus, actively listening to their needs and providing considered product and styling options to enhance the overall store performance.
As a Style Advisor, you will connect with our customers with personality and pride, acting as a brand ambassador to promote and deliver the outstanding customer experience for which we are renowned. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will stay up to speed on the latest styles and be the driving force behind service in-store, making the customer experience sparkle with your passionate, customer-facing perspective. Efficiently identifying and advising our customers on outfit building (whether that be daywear, workwear, or wedding wear) will be second nature in your role. You will also strive to help achieve commercial objectives by finding the best style solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities and KPIs
1. Actively greet, assist, and sell in a professional and consultative manner to build multiple sales, championing our high-quality premium products at all available opportunities.
2. Deliver an inspirational picture of the TFG vision in-store to drive performance by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
3. Operate an electronic Point of Sale system, handling transactions accurately with care, while anticipating future opportunities to engage customers.
4. Assist in all tasks required to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store, working effectively to promote our brand and products and position us as a dependable shopping destination.
About You
We will provide full training and ongoing support to ensure you have all the tools to succeed. You should be reliable, motivated, and flexible enough to work on a rota basis, balancing shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer-facing environments are essential, along with sharing your product knowledge and styling expertise. Customer-centric and proud of your work, you will focus on adding value and making the most of every commercial opportunity in store.
