The Role:

Coordinate and manage breakdowns, services and inspections across a large and varied plant hire fleet
*
Provide technical triage over the phone and dispatch fitters to ensure a first-time fix where possible
*
Liaise with third-party repair providers and raise purchase orders where needed
The Person:
*
Previous experience in a Workshop Controller, Service Coordinator or similar role
*
Solid understanding of mechanical repair and plant equipment
*
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
