Audit & Compliance Manager, TRC IN Last Mile

The goal of Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is to build a world-class last mile operations. AMZL aims to exceed customer expectations by ensuring that orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively, regardless of size.
TRC seeks high-judgment individuals to join as Auditors to evaluate the compliance standards of Delivery Service Providers (DSP), Extended Delivery Service Partners (EDSP), and Delivery Associates (DA), ensuring adherence to Amazon’s contractual obligations and the supplier code of conduct.
The ideal candidate will possess strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, business modeling skills, and expertise in interviewing techniques. Job Responsibilities
1. Identify transportation compliance risks for Last Mile operations in India. Conduct audits of DSP/EDSP/DAs against the AMZL/TRC checklist and code of conduct according to the audit schedule.
2. Review new and existing DSP/EDSP/DAs to ensure compliance with safety, contractual standards, and Amazon’s Terms of Service.
3. Investigate suspicious activities that may pose risks to AMZL, customers, or others.
4. Assess situations with limited information to make independent compliance decisions.
5. Achieve productivity and quality standards for audits and investigations.
6. Monitor DSP/EDSP activities as needed.
7. Participate in special projects and assignments.
8. Conduct short-notice audits and investigations.
9. Set targets and remedial actions for DSPs/EDSPs when standards are not met.
10. Implement corrective and preventive actions within timelines and manage compliance or recommend actions to reduce residual risks.
11. Prepare audit summaries and recommendations for senior management review.
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or similar.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Experience handling confidential information.
* 3+ years in program requirements definition with data and metrics to drive improvements.
* Professional auditing or risk/ compliance credentials.
* Experience with SQL and Excel.
