GSL Education are currently welcoming applications from an enthusiastic Drama Teacher to work in schools across Sheffield (S5, S9). This is a fantastic opportunity to encourage creativity, confidence, and self-expression through engaging drama lessons. As a Drama Teacher, you will deliver dynamic lessons that allow pupils to explore performance, improvisation, and theatre techniques while developing communication and teamwork skills. Core Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons as a Drama Teacher. Encourage creativity, confidence, and collaboration through performance activities. Support pupils in developing acting, presentation, and stage skills. Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to school productions and extracurricular drama activities. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching Drama in a school setting. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. A creative, enthusiastic, and motivating teaching approach. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
