They should be an experienced agriculturalist with credibility and authenticity, able to articulate the business vision and develop clear plans to drive performance and measurable results.QualificationsDegree in an agricultural discipline.MRICS (desirable but not required).CAAV (desirable but not required).BASIS and FACTS certifications (desirable but not required).ExperienceProven track record in the farming sector with strong consultancy and client management skills.Experience in team leadership with a record of inspiring performance and growth.Strong market profile as a leader and new business generator.Experience in delivering presentations, reports, and commentary to diverse audiences including media and online platforms.
