Role Overview
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage digital marketing activities across our client portfolio. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you'll oversee day‑to‑day digital strategies and performance, focusing on key platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Paid Ads.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Development:
* Lead website development projects, from brief through to launch.
* Manage ongoing updates and performance improvements for Shopify-based websites (WordPress experience is a bonus).
* Ensure best practices in UX, SEO, and performance.
* Identify and implement optimisation opportunities to improve website conversions.
Paid Social Campaigns:
* Oversee paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
* Own budget management, targeting strategies, and performance optimisation.
* Produce performance reports with data‑driven recommendations for improvements.
CRM & Email Marketing:
* Manage CRM systems and client segmentation strategies.
* Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
* Develop and manage automation workflows and customer nurture journeys.
* Monitor key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion rates.
Who We're Looking For
* Must be willing to commute to Liverpool office 3 days per week
* Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience.
* Strong knowledge of Shopify and Meta platforms. Experience with Klaviyo is also preferred.
* Solid foundational understanding of SEO and Google Ads.
* Proven experience with email marketing systems, especially Klaviyo.
* Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects.
* Analytical, commercially aware, and confident in client‑facing situations.
* A proactive, organised, and self‑motivated individual.
