Your Role Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities to support development Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, nap times, and toileting Work with colleagues to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Record children’s progress and share updates with families and staff Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues What We’re Looking For Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner and knowledge of childcare best practice Strong understanding of child development and early years activities Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work across different nurseries Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable) Why Work with Completely Care?
